At Kadele (www.kadele.us), we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read below for our shipping policies and delivery timelines.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

United States

Most products can be shipped directly from local warehouses.

Estimated delivery time: 35 business days

l Other International Countries

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Estimated delivery time: 610 business days depending on your location.

Please note that actual delivery time may vary due to customs processing and local courier efficiency. 

3. Shipping Fees

United States

We currently offer free DHL express shipping for all orders in the US. 

Other International Countries

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. You will see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.

 4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real time. 

5. Customs & Import Duties

Kadele is not responsible for any customs, brokerage fees, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Shipping Notice

If the order has been shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the product in transit. 

If the order has not been shipped, please contact Kadele Customer Support to update your address. 

When you place an order, please be sure to provide the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully. 

7. We assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

1. Delay in delivery due to personal reasons of the consignees, such as providing incorrect contact information, rejection of packages, etc.

2. Delay in delivery due to force majeure events such as changes in postal administration policy, war, extremely abnormal weather conditions, etc.

3. The consignee's address is in an area inaccessible to couriers.

4. Deliveries in remote areas may be delayed by 1-2 days.
