1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Used, damaged, or incomplete products not due to our error

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kadele.us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the item(s) you wish to return

We will respond with instructions, including the return address and approval if eligible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 510 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
